What ever you choose, it's a free weed - so it's more likely to be potent (heirloom) organic in the wild then what you pay for in the market (Though I haven't seen these sold anywhere).

I noticed them around while practicing Yoga and later picked up some at the park, helping the gardener upkeep the grass and also provide for my breakfast.

Their taste is quite like Arugula. Slightly bitter and balances any oily food.
