Thats an elementary school in the Background. This is how we value education in Chicago. The state of Illinois is 49th out of 50 for Public School funding. The Private Developer that is controlling the new residential redevelopment received $10 million from the city to tear this public school down.
Yeah, thats right, our priorities are doing real well.
