I found this angle thanks to a local pollice officer. As i was walking into a gass station and asked the clerk, Do you know where i can get a good view of the skyline? Then a police officer replied. I do. Just head down this road untill you come to a parking garrage. Go to the top and youl see it. Now, here it is for you to see.
This is not a crop. I shot 9 frames, zoomed at 300 mm. Then blended them together in the computer.

Thank you, I found this angle with the help of the local police officer. I asked him, where would I be able to get a good shot of the Tampa skyline? He replied, Just go down the street and you will see a parking garage, go to the top and you'll see it.
