This is one of the survivors of the rose bushes that we planted last summer that the rabbits didn't eat and our severe winter didn't kill it..

We've had lots of rain the past few days and the roses soaked up the water...A green bug appeared on the flower as I shot this macro.

    One of my favorite roses, they`re tough stock and very reliable in our climate, too. An exquisite macro shot, I love the bug and the rainy day tones are exceptional!!
