Stella is a Stellar Jay. She's a frequent visitor to my mom's house. We have to make sure to leave food on the deck for her, otherwise she'll barge into the house and help herself!
The reason I chose this for Split-second can be seen just below the peanut she is holding. She gives each peanut a little shake before choosing one.
