For the Lord thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills.. Deuteronomy 8: 7

Since we still have piles of snow around our place I had to go back into my archives to find a picture where it was looking more like spring. I shot this picture of my husband and our dog Koki. that we had at that time...Koki relished every mud puddle that she saw, and walked through many of them in her life time but she hated to have baths. Tippy, the dog we have now won't go near even a tiny bit of mud where the snow started to melt a trifle around our house but walks around it:)

A beautiful landscape and candid capture, love the sky reflections! Koki reminds me so much of my Dixie, who simply cannot resist a puddle either :) A super entry!

My goodness, you really do need a 4x4 just to get to your house! As for dear Koki it is no fun if you have to wash it off :-)

Your driveway will look like that as soon as your snow is melting. Funny about dogs that love to get in the water puddles and then hate getting a bath : )

Beautiful take on this theme. My daughter has two dogs. One loves to roll in the mud and loves bath time. The other avoids mud puddles and joyfully takes a bath.
