Open mine eyes that I may behold wondrous things....Psalms 119: 18

These are my glasses that I wear for reading, close up and for distance..They are light weight and very comfortable. A lot different than the heavy framed glasses of years ago. I was surprised how easy it was to get adjusted to wearing trifocals..

Laughing at Don's comment. I haven't joined the trifocal world yet, just the bifocal. :-) Neat photo and entry!

Looking Good, Andrea!! I remember struggling with bifocals when you could see what they were.. and were a challenge to adjust to. Thank goodness for progress-ives. A great image and entry!

I agree with Susan's comment about the glasses being becoming. I am sure that my next glasses will be trifocals. I get the progression lenses that have no lines, are yours no progressive also?

  • Andrea Petersen

Andrea Petersen said (2 May 2014):

Thank you all for your kind words...Ann, I don't have any lines in my lenses either which makes it much easier to get adjusted to...My husband who wears bi-focal's does have lines in his lenses and I tried them on once ....I was surprised at the difference it makes...I would have a harder time getting used to lines ..but it is all in what you get used to.

Another fantastic SP!! Fortunately I can still thread a needle or read a distant sign fairly well without glasses. I'm not good at adjusting to new things!! LOL

Beautiful tones and love your expression. I've worn glasses most of my life. I really appreciate the variety of styles and the lightness of those offered today.
