Q: I am really into my wildlife photography but cannot afford a super zoom lens, I have a 300mm and am considering a teleconvertor. Has anybody had a experience with these and would you recommend them?

A: Do you know?

For the past 15 years, from six in the morning until six in the evening, Mr. Ze settles in the same spot at a downtown walkway to make enough money to feed his family. The sign reads:

"A person contributes with an open heart and not with sadness. God loves those who happily give. May God bless you."

Yes, it is. This is what you see the most in downtown Brasilia, Brazil. Mr. Ze is just a few blocks away from where President Lula works. You see well-dressed people passing by Mr. Ze and he doesn't even get a look from these people. I sat down with Mr. Ze for about 4 hours and the only looks I got were from people wondering why I was hanging out with him. The only people I noticed giving Mr. Ze some money, and sometimes water and snacks, were from the vendors at that same walkway. Every year when I go back to Brazil, I'm from there, I visit Mr. Ze... When I brought a print of this photo for him, he cried and now he says he is my number one fan. He is such an amazing person.
