Every year when my children were growing up our "Big" trip for the summer would be to go to this amusement park. My children rode their first roller coasters here, their first ferris wheel. When my youngest son started dating this is where he took his girl. My grandchildren have been here too. In Sept. of this year the park was closed, no warning, no notice. Now the coasters and other rides are being dismantled, some are being moved to other parks, some are being scrapped. We'll miss you Geauga Lake.
