I have never made a political comment here before, but while in NYC for the Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting I had the chance to see hundreds of NYPD working their tails off for everyone to enjoy the concert and event. They were everything this guy claims they were not!! This protester waved his poster right in their faces that night as they tried to handle thousands and thousands of people. So this picture is to dispute this guy and to say THANK YOU to the NYPD for making our evening a good one! And for the senseless murder of two NYPD Officers today, Dec 20th 2014 I offer my prayers and shared sadness.

I couldn't agree with you more, Thomas. Police work is difficult and challenging to say the least. While, at times, there is legitimate reason to question, most of the time these men and women are working under very difficult conditions. So, hats off to the men and women in blue.

The vast majority of people there that evening really didn't pay these folks much mind, I think many understand the process and reality of what happened that day. And many more are simply tired of it. I saw far too many who were marching that had no concept of what happened or what the world is really like. They are stuck in their internet fed rooms drinking in crap every day.
