A very slow rainy Sunday, and a dead Lily.
About 1/2 a bottle of wine into shooting it's living sisters, this delicate deceased flower fell apart in my hands while trying to light the shot. The only place close to put her down, was in the sink, on the dirty cooking tray. The sun was blasting into the sink at the time, and my Sunday project instantly took a new direction.
Moved the tray back to the studio table, and adding a little sun into my lighting scheme, and the rest of the wine into a glass, I continued to shoot.
Now, one of my personal favorites. It marked a change to the way I shoot everything.
