Room With No View

The tall building is the Two International Finance Centre tower, well three quarters of it anyway, the remainder being shrouded in cloud. At 415 m (1,362 ft) tall, it is currently the world's 7th tallest skyscraper.
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority paid 480million US dollars for several top floors... nice price for a room with no view.
