"Honor the face of the old man...Leviticus 19: 32"

My husband had cut down some weeds in our woods that obscured this stump before... Today on the walking trail I immediately spotted these (imaginary faces) joined together in the stump...My battery went dead in the camera at that time but went back home to get my spare to be able to photograph it.. I showed the picture to my husband and he also saw the "faces." It is delightful to see these things in nature especially on Easter Day. Old wood in stumps or trees are fascinating in texture and design that nature carves in the deteriorating process of aging.

Amazing find...with the weeds gone they can better survey their surroundings for which I'm sure they're grateful!! : ]

Thank you for the comments...I love this time of the year in early spring before the weeds cover up the treasure that is hidden behind:)

It is fun to see these imaginary faces in stumps and other objects. It shows that we have a good imagination : )
