[Westbound on I-90 near Big Timber, Montana]

This shot was taken through the windshield, barreling down I-90 at 80 MPH. I rested the camera on the steering wheel and snapped the shutter several times, hoping I would get something. I kept both hands on the steering wheel at all times. (Still, I do not recommend this.)

From here, it did look like the way west was blocked. The mighty Absaroka Range loomed directly in front of me. However, what you see here is the northern end of the Range, where it runs out near Livingston, Montana. The Interstate would take me around to the right, and then I would turn south on the far side and drive 55 miles to Yellowstone National Park.

As always, thanks for stopping by.

The depth is beautiful. To be able to drive down the road and see those gorgeous mountains, what a thrill. Your dare devil camera work paid off. You got great clarity, details, and colors. Fantastic work.
