I found these wildflowers growing along the ditch bank by the end of our driveway but haven't been able to find the identity..It was growing in a cluster and we see other wildflowers that are more lavender in color that look similar but not as pretty as the lighter shade... this one had turned pink with age ...It reminded me of a corsage.. It was most unusual looking because it had a net like webbing on the inside...

Update: 5/25/2017 I found the identity after searching through several of my pictures where I had written the name of this down last year. I remember having a hard time finding the identity of it before. This one being a lighter color than the deeper toned I think got me confused...but now I know what it is....I wish I could retain all the wildflower names in my brain LOL

Thank you all for your comments...This year we see lots of wildflowers growing in the ditch banks because of our abundance of rain..Hopefully it will warm up enough for the butterflies and bees to pollinate.them. May has been a cold month this spring.
