"A new heart will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: Ezekiel 36:26"

A cold Hosta Leaf
Shivered underneath
A coat of white snow
Now crumbling apart
With new spirit to show
Re-forming the heart!
© Poetry by me AJP

After the snow that we had on Friday the Hostas leaves in front of our house got covered with snow but one leaf in particular caught my eyes. The snow clung around the leaf designing a new heart, which is now cracking after two days making it more interesting than it was in the beginning stage as it shows more texture in the particles of snow as it crumbles.

In the Snow in Autumn photo essay.
