I used flash through the window to capture the snow that was falling down late this afternoon and the poor junco was trying to scratch under the snow to find seeds on the feeder...It is still snowing tonight and supposed to continue until 6:00 tomorrow night...Feels more like an Ice age instead of spring...I am sure the snow will melt eventually perhaps before summer:)

Best View in Light-box! Thank you!!!

Thank you again Andrew Dutton for the generous spotlight on 4/15/2018 Much appreciated!!!

I know you are so tired of this snow, Andrea, but you sure are capturing it well in these photos. It really adds a lot!

At least all these little birds are with you and thankfully, you have seed for them all, great capture!

Thank you all for your kind words...Even though I complain about the snow .Nature is truly inspirational and photography stops me from getting depressed about the weather...We can't change it and it is fun to record what is happening.instead of wishing things could be different,

A beautiful capture of this sweet Junco, Andrea! I think it'll be a short spring here this year, more like a leap from winter to summer with lots of flooding, too.
