"As the apple tree among the trees of the wood...the flowers appear on the earth... the singing of birds to come.......Song of Solomon 2:3-12 "

I am looking forward to all of this when the snow melts, the migratory birds arrive and the trees begin to bud this spring....I shot this May 14, 2017 of the two male rose breasted grosbeaks posing for me on the hummingbird feeder stand with the flowering crab apple tree blossoming in the background. This is what spring should look like and not covered with snow this time of the year:) Maybe next year we will have less winter and more of the other seasons I hope:)

Two male rose breasted grosbeaks
Reminds us of life... the way nature speaks
Far more than words that anyone can say...
Buds might be slow on the crab apple tree
This year to grow during the month of May
Wild birds welcome them and so do we!
Regardless, no matter how fast or long
It takes for snow at last to disappear,
Birds love trees to sing their song
When the spring flowers appear!
