"The path of the just is as the shining light that shines more and more unto the perfect day. Proverbs 4: 18 "

I shot this as the sun was going down, (the last picture of the day) as we were returning home from a birthday party celebration for my husband's brother on July 7th who had turned 90 on July 4th. I didn't realize until after I looked at the picture that the silo has the words Uff Da written on the side of it..I was concentrating on shooting the scene before we passed it. The words Uff Da is of Norwegian origin which means an exclamation of surprise and it was a delightful surprise that it was caught where it could be viewed.

Driving home at night
After celebration fun
We viewed golden light
From God's setting sun....

Both barn with silo,
Were lit~ all aglow
For the words Uff Da
To be read and saw.

Thank you all very much for your kind response I also know Uff Da well Heather since I am half Norwegian,. My grandparents on Dad's side immigrated from Norway but other than Uff Da and growing up with the Norwegian prayer as a family tradition unfortunately I know very few words of the language...Although my grandparents spoke it fluently ..My grandfather died before I was born and grandmother died when I was five years old. Dad was not born in that country..
