This is about forty miles west of Colorado Springs near Hartsel, Colorado and one of the prime fly fishing areas in Colorado along the South Platte River. There are also several prime reservoirs including Eleven Mile in the vicinity. Spinney Mountain, Antero, and Tarryall.
