Shot in 2006 at the Hale Arena in Kansas City Missouri, USA. This was early in the morning before the MECO show opened for business. I was the event photographer for MECO and was getting venue shots for use in their ads and brochuers. One of the exhibitors stepped out of the main hall for a moment of peace and I realized that there would be VERY few times durring the day when there would be such solitude available to anyone attending the event. Just moments after this others stepped out into the mezzanine with us and her solitude vanished. Had I hesitated for even a moment...this oportunity would have been gone.

Shot was taken in jpg with a Canon 20D and a Canon 28-135mm EF IS lens @ 135mm. ISO was 400. Exposure was 1/125 sec @ f5.6. Natural light coming in through the window with flouresent overheads. No Fill Flash.

Unretouched except to resize to 12x8 @ 300dpi.
