Q: I am really into my wildlife photography but cannot afford a super zoom lens, I have a 300mm and am considering a teleconvertor. Has anybody had a experience with these and would you recommend them?

A: Do you know?

Barga is a medieval Tuscan city in the north of Italy, with a total of around 10,000 inhabitants. It lies on a hilltop just outside Garfagnana - in the portion of the Serchio Valley located within the Province of Lucca. Barga is north of the town of Lucca.

One of the coolest places in Barga .... no, seriously ... there is always a cool draught coming out of the space just to the right of that stone work. It must be connected somewhere to one of the many hidden tunnels that run under Barga that were used when the city was under siege to reach the outside world.
