Helsinki received its second snow of the winter and first after the new year, and the whole city was covered in snow, the temperatures were low enough for the first time this winter that the bay actually froze and the open sea formed a thin cover of ice...
... this picture was taken in the forenoon, as one would notice the conditions are overcast, and grey was the color of the day. white balance and noise add surreality to the picture...
