-Canon 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens set to f/5.6 and 135mm
-offset by 1" spacer acting as an extension tube
-reversed Nikon 28mm f/3.5 AI lens set to f/22 taped to the end

this was a ridiculous mess of gaffers tape.
