Year of Reading
2008 is supposed to be the 'Year of Reading' in the UK. These are most of the books I read in 2007. I need to get out more

Thats a good selection. Whats the verdict on the new McCarthy? I've only read (and enjoyed) his border trilogy.

Hi - The Road is awesome, but very depressing. Make sure you are in a good mood first. My favourite of all these I think was probably The Fool's Progress by Edward Abbey, and I would recommend Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer as well, it is inspiring :o)
