This was the scene as I found it and sometimes photographs give up titles instantly. This was such an image. The scene seemed to reveal a metaphor for the no-win middle management dilemma. The bleak rays of upper management cascading down solutions, which lose their illuminating brilliance by the time, they reach the workers in the trenches.
