This is my country, these are places where tour guides don't and won't take you to. These are the poor people who live by the railroad track in poverty. The poor far outnumbers the rich. This is what the government is hiding with all their claims of economic progress. They call our country a democracy, I call it a demo-crazy. This is how democracy/democrazy looks like in my part of the world.

    William, Thanks, It's my take on what democracy has done to my country. Democracy in many 3rd world country is more of Democrazy :) These are places where people live even though for many of us they don't seem habitable.This is how DEMOCRACY looks like in our country.

    Nice shot! I'm wondering how you were able to select this photo to represent a very common scene in our country! Its everywhere yet nobody focuses on the real issue. Nothing could be closer to real life than this photo! Hope it makes it to the Issue No. 18!
