Morecambe Bay
This is a photo of professional cockle fishermen working on the dangerous shifting sands of Morecambe bay in NW England. The Bay has a very fast and dangerous tide race that killed 23 workers in 2004 when they were cut off by the incoming tide as night fell.
I got talking to this guy and he was kind enough to let me tag along for a while with his crew while they were working.
I later got an email to say that his company want to use some of my photos from this day for a new website
