Frontside Ollie Over The Channel
Our family lives in California (near San Diego) and we were visiting family in Medina, Ohio over the Christmas holiday. Medina is about 25 miles south of Cleveland.
My son is an avid skateboarder and had to get out and skate.
The snow had melted a couple days earlier, so we looked online for a place to go to, found the Akron Skatepark was only about half an hour away and drove on over.
There was only one other person there as the weather was not condusive to outside activities.
It was about 25 degrees out and really windy. Probably around 10-15 degrees with the wind chill.
This was his first time there and he was happy to find a place to skate. We were only there for about ten minutes though because he couldn't stand the cold.
I only took about ten shots as I was cold too and this was one of them.
He landed this and then we left.
Shot with a Nikon D70, 10.5mm Fisheye, SB-600 off camera via an SC-29 cable, iTTL.
