Nothing in this photo looks natural - in an almost frightening way. The concrete, the pipes, the sky... it all creates a towering image of human industrialization and the impact that we have on our environment in such a fundamental way.

I also think that the distortion created by the curved film-plane of my pinhole camera demonstrates an impact on nature. I am able to (at least photographically) distort natural perception.
