    that screen is a part of "Crown Fountain" in Millenium Park, Chicago. It was designed by spanish artist Jaume Plensa. There are two some kind of monoliths facing each other. They look like huge screens. On those blocks/screens you can watch faces of anonimous people which are shown constantly through all the day. It is an amazing installation. Its effects are more impressive at night. Blocks have built in fountains; they are active every 5 minutes or so for a short time. Kids have a lot of fun with it.
