Wentworths Haunting

This is my entry for House hunting. The Architecture on this is very strange and quite a marvel to look at.It is also my tribute to one of the last true outstanding colonial homes standing in America and in much need of repair and funding for preservation.
Wentworth Manison Built in 1756 on the coast of NH
The Wentworth-Coolidge Mansion is the former home of New Hampshire's first royal governor, Benning Wentworth, who served in office from 1741 to 1767. The rambling 40-room mansion which overlooks Little Harbor inlet and, is one of the most and 1 of the last outstanding homes remaining of the colonial era. Its stateliness and impressive interior and furnishings reflect aristocratic life in Portsmouth NH in the 1700s.
The Mansion reflects five distinct periods of architecture. And difficult to to dinstinguish to the untrained eye the original to the additions.

This is great! Do you know whether or what part the original was? Love the black and white here.

Such a great house and surroundings, and the way you present it here!
(I once lived for three months in Burlington, Vermont and had a few trips to Boston, but I cannot remember seeing houses like these)
The white cloud behind the house balances the composition perfectly! Good work!
