Taken from my car window while driving on Pierce Elevated.

Approximately 150 homeless residents live under Pierce elevated. Under pressure from the Midtown Management District, the City of Houston, and local police, individuals are forced to find alternative living spaces. Article found in the Houston Independent Media Center.

Excellent B&W image image. Really create the steel and glass feel.

Striking industrial B&W image. Different viewpoint - points for originality.

This is near surreal! I went to college in Houston and I used to work in the building to the extreme left of your frame - the RepublicBank Tower, on the 47th floor. The scene in Houston, especially on overcast days was often SO futuristic! I used to view scenes like this from waay up there and marvel at how far man has come! This is a waaay hip shot!
