My Mom & the realtor discuss purchase price, pre-close. If you look carefully you can see the For Sale sign in profile. This really isn't the greatest photo, however, it was THE first photo taken of the house. (April 21, 2007). We began the paperwork for this house in early spring. By Christmas in July the final papers were being signed and we were ready to move in.
