Tonight's Lunar Eclipse (Feb 20 '08) - Early Phase
This was shot around 6:30 PM PST when the moon was still low, in the mist layer. After that it rose into the cloud cover and there wasn't much to see here in the SF Bay Area. Canon 40D

Beautiful! Yes, at 6:30 I was going into a class, and was thrilled at how beautiful the moon looked. Figured I'd take pictures after class, at 7:30. Unfortunately, it was completely covered up with clouds and fog by then!! (I'm also in the Bay Area.)
