Dessert at Sage's

This shot was taken at Sage's, a GREAT little vegetarian restaurant in Salt Lake City, Utah. The food was as fun to look at as it was to eat and the general atmosphere was pleasant.

Those are origami flowers in the background. The food itself was well-presented. This desert actually looked like an elephat face kind of. The brown parts are the ears, eyes, and trunk. It tasted as yummy as it looked! All their food was excellent and they plan to come out with a cookbook eventually. YAY!!!

It was awesome! The sliced pears were much yummier than they looked. The ice cream was soft and raspberry-flavored. The brown parts were made of grains or nuts or seeds or something. Crunchy, but not terribly hard to eat. Good stuff!
