    I find this one of the most heartbreaking of practices we humans reek on this earth....to destroy our hills and mountains into rubble is depressing and abhorrent! Great job!

    I think that your pictures are amazing, but I don't think people get an appreciation of the hard work and necessity that is the mining industry. My father has been a coal miner for 30 years in West Virginia and Kentucky. Coal is a necessity that no one is willing to live without, but don't like the consequences of living with.
    Again, your work is amazing and captures the beauty of such a destructive process. But a process that keeps the lights on!
