overwhelmed
Some say that it was a historically dry season, others speak of historically high winds, which ever the mix and match may have been, the fact is that the 2007 Southern California Wildfires took place resulting in historic consequences. Our actions have a deep and intricate effect on the environment and so it seems that the environment has a deep and intricate effect on us. We are tiny in comparison to what nature can throw right back at us.
