This "parade" mobbed me on their way to the ganga to honor saraswati the goddess of education (you can see her murti in the background) these guys were really enjoying themselves complete with a speaker system blareing loud indian pop music. one of the guys pulling the cart with the speakers had to (with a stick) come and heard the mob away from me so they could continue on to the ganga
