This is snow being made for a small ski hill at a local park where children learn to ski. Snow is naturally created by the weather during the winter months, however this is unpredictable and unreliable. So humans have developed a way to change the weather, and make snow whenever they need it. In one night a hill can go from cold and icy to soft and powdery.
