E. Passeyunk Nights
There's this old partially abandoned old cheese steak shop on East Passeyunk (South Philadelphia). The lights still flicker on and off all night, and sometimes you see someone inside- but it's not functioning. Hopefully they revitalize it with the the rest of the strip.
