i found these items arranged just as you see them on the ground after a horrible fire completely destroyed a business in lempter, nh. the repitition of form and color speak to me as an artist, but the items themself speak to me as a person. the dog run would have been used for the owner's dog while he was at work... the saw blade may have been used to build the structure, and the other tool was used in his business. it's one man's whole life summed up in three burned and rusted items.
