when i was taking the shot a man came out and asked me if i liked it. He then told me of how him and his brother moved to the bronx when they were little. The were fooling around and someone threw the first shoe on the wire. From then on the kept adding more shoes. The whole block got into throwing their shoes and the wire to add more to the story, leaving something they can remember
