Lightning Hits NORAD

This is a shot of massive patience. I used Fuji Velvia 100ASA at f8. The exposure was about 5 minutes long. I shot this with my Rollie. The lightning bolt came up from the antennas on the top of NORAD right at the beginning of my exposure. The urge to stop the exposure was very great cause I didn't want to screw up the shot by bumping the camera or getting a drop of rain on the lens. But I knew the exposure wasn't long enough, so I waited for 2 cars to pass by and one more bolt of lightning to hit. Right after this shot, the rain came down and I had to run to my car.
