There's a really good sub shop about half a mile away from my house in West Memphis, Arkansas. It was a lazy Saturday afternoon and I decided to ride my bike down the road to satisfy my craving for a #22. About a minute after I was on my way, I realized that it was much too cold and windy outside to be riding a bicycle, and almost wished I hadn't chosen the bike over the warm car. As I slowed down on the sidewalk to reconsider, I noticed my shadow stretching far across this empty lot and reached for my Fisheye 2. I ended up biking there and back, and it was worth it in more ways than one.

For anyone who is interested, a #22 at Lenny's Sub Shop is a kids meal (it's enough food for an adult, trust me) which includes a turkey sub (on white, lettuce and pickles please), a bag of chips, a large drink and a fresh-made-daily cookie... and it's less than $5. If you go early enough, you can get a cookie that's still warm. It's the most delicious $5 meal on the face of the earth.
