Fishermen throughout Japan are well known to be a rough and rowdy lot. This fisherman decided to take a break from his toils for a day or perhaps even two. The glass on the table is a "One Cup Ozeki" a popular sake drink sold at convenience stores in single serving size. By the looks of things, he was probably trying a little "hair of the dog" to ease the pain from the previous evening.
