Busted?

It may look like the police are OK with the fire spinning in a public place, but really they ended up making them shut it down.

This was taken during an "Arts Alive" festival/party/art show that is held monthly, and is very charactaristic of Eureka.

Location is right out in the public square in downtown Eureka.
