I know a ton of dog lovers but I don't have a lot of dog-experience so sometimes when I see one I just think "you used to be a wolf, but then were bred by humans to be some weird-looking lumpy thing." Like this dog, I only took this photo because it was so weird looking, I mean c'mon.

When I look at the pattern on the tile floor and then compare it to the shape of the dog's head I see that they are somewhat similar. The points of the ears match the points in the design, the bulge at the eyes match the semi-circles on the design, and the round nose/mouth match up to the semi-circle at the bottom of the patter. The contrast in colors is great. Lighting is perfect and I love the shine it provides on the fur.

I've never really been a dog person, despite the fact that I live with two bearded collies. They are more like foot rests though. Large, furry, foot rests. :]

I like your choice of the angle. It makes the dog look even weirder since you can't see his legs. Maybe he used to be a slug bred by wolves. ;D
