Q: I am really into my wildlife photography but cannot afford a super zoom lens, I have a 300mm and am considering a teleconvertor. Has anybody had a experience with these and would you recommend them?

A: Do you know?

I'm currently on Spring Break and pretty much bound to my computer like Prometheus (minus the organ donor part) because I have to grade. I can only take pictures of anything that comes close to my work area. So you will get pictures of cats, action figures, and soon moldy food.

In the Black and White 2 photo essay.

Also in the Cat Parts photo essay.

Hey, beautiful cat to keep you company. Don't let her eat any of that food you mentioned.

It's beautiful cat, well presented. Mine likes to sit on the key board, usually losing everything I've just worked on. Purring at me, what ya gonna to do about it

I love cats also. I have a story on Snowelle, "How to Shoot Stunning Photos of Your Pets."
