A huge swell rolled into Los Angeles, bringing with it twenty-foot waves. A lone surfer contemplates his fate while relaxing on a beach chair, as I peered into the reflection of the Pacific.

What a great entry for the Reflections theme. I love the simplicity of the basic composition but then there's even more content to hold the viewer's attention in the reflection, providing a scene within a scene. I keep going from the interesting content of the reflection back to the comfortable simplicity of the basic composition. Wonderful shot. Very well done!
